Hey, check out the funn website for the best info, its hard to explain.
the seatpost has two things that fit around the rails and insert into a tube welded perpendicular to the top of the seatpost. the inserts are splined to match the inside of the tube, and a long 8mm bolt pulls the inserts together, it gives like 100 angle options, every 3.6 degrees but you only use so many... and its impossible to slip, in fact its probably near impossible to take apart...
